Katano sake that won the gold medal at the Japan Grade Beer Awards! Made using "Hyakutenmanten" sake lees.A Belgian-style drink made using the sake lees from "Hyakutenmanten," a sake brewed by Katano Orihime University's Sake Brewing Association and Yamano Sake Brewery.It has a mysterious taste that is like both sake and beer, with a sweetness and a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
